A pack out is the removal of furnishings and items from damaged buildings to keep them out of harms way. Pack outs are needed to reduce the amount of exposure or vandalism to a building’s contents. Pack outs also expedite building repairs by giving workers the room to complete their work and without worry of damaging furniture etc.

Our pack out service can include:
Determining the scope of the job: An Estimator goes over the job with the   client to discuss the client’s expectations and determine the approximate
  time for the job to be completed.

Our crew performs a detailed inventory of items and furniture on the premises

Each item is carefully wrapped & packed into a vault(s). These vaults come   from our warehouse and are brought to the site of the disaster. Each vault
  is carefully loaded on location and returned to our secure, climate
  controlled warehouse.

Once the vaults have returned the items are unpacked and carefully
  cleaned on our premises. If the items need to be deodorized from smoke
  or mold they are placed in our deodorization room to be freshened up.

The cleaned and/or deodorized items are repacked and stored until the   building is ready for their return.
